	Divorce and legal separation cases Property identification, characterization and division Business characterization and valuation Separate vs. community property issues Child custody and move-away cases including high conflict cases Visitation Paternity Child support Spousal support (alimony) Mediation Post-judgment support modifications, all areas Premarital and postnuptial agreements Grandparent and stepparent issues We never charge anyone who wants to come in to meet our attorneys and staff.  For consultations where we collect information, determine the client's objectives and give advice, we charge our hourly rates.  We require a retainer when we are engaged to represent a client and our hourly fees are billed against it.  We cannot predict in advance what a particular case will cost since that is dependent on the complexity of the issues and the conduct of the parties.
